🚚 Before we initiate our process, please carry all your valuable belongings (Jewellery, Documents, Cash, etc.).

🚚 Major items packing has to be done for long distance move.

🚚 Kindly switch off your refrigerator at least half a day before shifting. We are not responsible for any gas leakage issues.

🚚 Local moving packing materials should be returnable. Kindly return them to GR Packers & Movers within 5 days after unloading. In case customers need to retain the boxes, material charges will apply:

• Box – ₹75
• Cloth Sheet – ₹550

🚚 Payment Terms

• Confirmation Advance – ₹1,000
• 80% – At Loading Point
• 20% – At Unloading Point

🚚 If there are any changes in the distance, floor, or number of items, additional charges will be applicable.

🚚 In case of any union-related issues, the customer will be responsible.

🚚 Based on the driver’s flexibility, you may travel along with the truck. We cannot force the driver.

🚚 If a bill is required for reimbursement, applicable taxes will be charged extra.

🚚 All electronic items (except AC) should be dismantled and reinstalled by the customer. (AC removal charges start from ₹650.)

🚚 In the event of an accident involving the goods vehicle, the customer will be responsible for the insurance claim process.

🚚 Marble stones, fish tanks, glassware, plant pots, and electrical items are transported at the customer’s risk. If any damage occurs, GR Packers & Movers will not be responsible.

🚚 If your residence is on the first, second, third floor, or above, rope lifting charges may be applicable depending on the work, labour requirement, and site conditions. In some critical situations, rope lifting service may not be possible.
